Indications

Clomiphene citrate is used to treat infertility resulting from anovulation due to functional disorders of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, such as:

• Anovulation with normal gonadotropin levels.
• Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

It is prescribed for women who want to become pregnant.
